Who we are

Long-Arc Explorer's co-founding partners bring together a number of professionals. Core members come from renowned universities at home and abroad — Fudan University, Tsinghua University, Harvard University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Princeton University, Cornell University and more — and from leading investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan and PIMCO.

We have already joined forces with family members, tech entrepreneurs and industry experts in China and around the world, and are committed to connecting Chinese families with the world, and through this to bringing families' long-term value into resonance with the well-being of human society.

The young people we're looking for

Highly self-driven

With good business taste and a sense of aesthetics

Interested in finance, business, family enterprises and wealth succession, and willing to contribute, unpaid, to value-creating family succession services, event planning and business operations

Fluent in written and spoken English

The programme lasts three months, is remote, and requires a fixed commitment of 10 hours a week
